F&N Mexican Layered Salad

This dip allows you to indulge yourself a little and feel healthy too. Kids will love this as well. We came up with the idea of serving this in a preserving  jar – to take to a friend’s house – but it’s ideal for serving in the garden too.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 bag fresh & naked BIG Mix Little Leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 200g salsa
  • 1/2 bag fresh & naked Wild Rocket rinsed and dried
  • 200g guacamole
  • ½ bag fresh & naked Lambs Lettuce rinsed and dried
  • 200g greek yoghurt or sour cream
  • 100g grated mozzarella

Method:

  1. Place the mixed leaves in the bottom of a preserving jar or a bowl
  2. Spoon on the salsa
  3. Add the rocket
  4. Then the guacamole
  5. Sprinkle on the lamb’s lettuce
  6. Spoon on the yoghurt or sour cream
  7. Sprinkle with the cheese
  8. And serve with Tortillas and Wine!
